She has 20 years of experience working with clients through Cosmetology, Esthetics, NeuroMuscular Therapy & Postural Integration Therapies, Ergonomics & Physical Fitness Training, Ayurvedic Medicine & Holistic Health as a Certified YogaHealer Health Coach, Certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor, Holistic Finance & Business Strategy Coach & holds a Business Administration Bachelors Degree from the Citadel Military College in Charleston, South Carolina, USA, & an Undergraduate Degree in Business Leadership & Development.

Her Background stems from the disciplines of Psychology & Behavioral Science, Economics, Business & Administration, Business & Personal Finance, Professional Training & Education, Quality Control, Business Ownership & Consulting, & Holistic Financial Management, as well as Anatomy & Physiology, Kinesiology, Varied Medical Sciences, Eastern Medicine, Holistic Healthcare & Wellness, Meditation, Many Forms of Yogic Training, Exercise Science, Personal Skill Building, Language Arts, & Mindset Reprogramming.

Her lust for continued education & emersion have taken her to studies in France, Costa Rica, Bali in Indonesia, Germany, Canada, the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA to train with Dr. Vasant Lad in Ayurvedic Education, with Cate Stillman in Mexico & the MidWest USA, Matieus de Stephano in Argentina, Dr. Joe Dispenza in Mexico & the USA, & other Gurus around the globe!

Even teaching English in Thailand for 2.5 years!

She has owned Businesses including Salons, Spas, Holistic Wellness Centers, & Fitness Facilities.

She has helped build International Events, helped others grow their international businesses, & anything she can get her hands on to demonstrate how working through the Body & Mind Awareness can open the pathways to ANYTHING!
